Sunday 13th January 08

Well day started with a swim and then just played on computer did a bit of housework then we went to the supermarket to get some food for the week. Made a lovely potato salad for tea to have with my chicken and lettuce salad. Then another swim. I am feeling good hope all this effort is worth it. Drinking lots of water but its a struggle.
