Well been a bit slack with the blog really and not been in for a few days but well I have a nasty head cold, tickly throat and achy body so am not feeling great. Had a good week so hopefully that will show on the scales later this morning. Been swimming everyday except yesterday as I had this stupid cold and I think I will be out of the water for a few days due to this, not up to much really so just have to watch what I eat and get back into it when I am better again.
