My Journey started in 2005 due to the loss of a loved one and just esculated from there with my Dad getting married again after 8 months, me getting Breast Cancer and having to have Chemotherapy and gaining 18kg. Now I am at a stage in my life I want to do something so here goes, let the journey begin, new year new start.

man I am slack
at this blog thing. So far my loss is sitting on 6.1 so doing ok but not loss or no gain this week and i was pissed off to say the least. Worked hard but oh well better this week aye. Its real hot here today even the pool feels like a warm bath.
